The first tech IPO in a long time doesn’t look too exciting for pre-IPO investors, to say the least.

August stock performance was not great, I think the need for liquidity is driving some prices down, with only a few names trading higher on positive results and newsflow.

The market as a whole still has to bounce on the better tone in the new issue space, following the announcements from Arm, Klavyvio and Instacart (Rubrik should follow-on quickly).
