When payment processing is active, that step carries a $1 compliance fee, donated in full to ACE New York, a NYC nonprofit that helps people overcome homelessness through job training. We've donated every dollar since 2023. There's no catch and no auto-renewal.

When you join the Data Room, we'll ask you to self-certify your accreditation status. Before participating in any actual deal (SPV or fund subscription), IPO CLUB will run a formal accreditation review per SEC Rule 506(c), which requires net worth or income documentation. You can also bring your own third-party verification letter from a qualified attorney, CPA, or registered investment adviser.

Each live deal opens for a defined window with a clear minimum (typically $25,000 for SPVs, $50,000 for America 2030). Members get the full investment memo, deal terms, and a one-click subscription flow through our administrator. Wires settle through a regulated fund administrator, never through IPO CLUB directly.

Data Room access is one-time and does not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel.

Each deal is sourced through verified channels (direct from companies, qualified secondary sellers, or institutional intermediaries) and goes through internal due diligence before being shown to members. Closed deal documentation, including the eight Fund I exits, is available to members on request. America 2030 holdings are independently administered and audited, and reported quarterly.
