Edoardo Zarghetta is the founder and Managing Partner of IPO CLUB, a private-market investment platform focused on late-stage and pre-IPO companies in defense, space, artificial intelligence, energy and other frontier technologies.
Before founding IPO CLUB, Edoardo spent more than 25 years in banking and capital markets, including roles at Credit Suisse, MUFG and Danske Bank.
Through IPO CLUB, Edoardo focuses on identifying and evaluating late-stage private companies across defense, space, artificial intelligence, energy and other frontier technologies. His work includes company research, private-market valuation analysis and the structuring of investment opportunities for eligible investors.
Edoardo founded IPO CLUB to give investors a more direct way to research and access selected private-market opportunities. IPO CLUB combines investment management with first-party research on private companies, including financing rounds, valuations, secondary-market activity and potential paths to an IPO.
Edoardo Zarghetta is Director of Higive Ltd., the manager of IPO.CLUB LLC and IPO CLUB II LLC. Higive Ltd. files with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as an exempt reporting adviser (CRD No. 320736).
